De-icing/Anti-icing training

AviationAudits.nl offers Aircraft on Ground De-icing /Anti-icing training courses. The training can be conducted at the location of the customer and will be tailormade to the customers' needs.

Topics addressed include pertinent regulations, effects of winter contamination on aircraft, types of fluids and their application, ground – flight deck communication, effects of fluid residues, personal safety and quality control methods. This training course meets the standards set forth in the relevant AEA Recommendations.

The course is targeted to all stakeholders directly involved in the aircraft on ground de-icing/anti-icing process: Airline management and operational staff, Ground handling service providers, Maintenance organizations, Airport staff and NAA inspectors.

An online Aircraft on Ground De-icing /Anti-icing course is also available. This e-learning course is targeted on the persons directly involved in de-icing / anti-icing operations.
